Anu is a sharp observer of environmental contexts. She likes working in different projects with her focus on Ecology, productive landscapes, terrain analysis.. Her interests extend from programme creations to alternative construction and design approaches..

Partner. (M. Arch.)

Aparna started FICUS with a specific focus on place-making, heritage and land management. With over 17 years of experience, she also leads projects in Hospitality, Real Estate, Parks and Historic Sites and oversees Circulation Systems Design in all projects. Her interests include Water systems, Archaeology, Animal behaviour and Ecosystems, and Professional Outreach.

Manager- Admin.

Asha is the most important cog in the office. She interacts with visitors, is our human time-keeper, assets-manager, and everyone’s ‘go-to’ person for almost everything.

Sr. Visualizer (B.A. Fine Arts)

With more than 15 years of expereince, Jumon leads our design representation works across scale and typology. His skills include spatial modelling and graphic representation techniques emerging from his interests in sketching and painting.

A quiet professional with over 5 years of experience, Johanna brings a keen design eye and commitment to our projects. Her skills include conceptualization and detailing. As a Team Lead she addresses complexity , multi-disciplinary coordination and communication. Joanna also mentors young professionals and interns in the studio.

Raghi’s quiet demeanor and focus brings across creative interpretations of project briefs, forms and site structuring. She works on diverse range of projects and often leads the preparation of design programmes and presentations..

Sr. Associate (Dipl. Arch)

Bringing over 15 years experience to the studio., Saridha ensures timely and high-quality work within the studio across multiple sectors. Her skills include project co-ordination and delivery management.. Her interests include improving work efficiency and mentoring young minds in the studio.

Team Lead. Architect (B. Arch.)

Shruti brings enthusiasm and diligence to every task in the design process. She handles context studies, Terrain analysis , project coordination and client interactions. Shruti is one of the mentors in FICUS’ Internship Programme.

Chief Entertainment Officer.

A bundle of energy, Sketch makes it his job to attend every meeting in the office. That explains the snoring heard on calls sometimes.

Apart from a great wit, Spoorti brings diligence and perseverance as her key strength. Beyond detailing and coordinating her projects, she is often seen helping other teams in delivering their commitments, making her a sought-after and respected team-player.

Sriganesh has over 20 years of experience in Masterplanning, Landscape Masterplans, and Campus Design. His skills include Feasibility & Risk assessment, Large scale Site Planning and Landscape Engineering. He has a keen interest in Earth sciences and Historic gardens.

An early bird and a diligent colleague, Suresh is clear about his favorite bikes, and colleagues. Like his bike he lets his work do the talking.

Architect. (B. Arch.)

Swati brings a clarity of communication and an emphasis on good drawings in her projects. Her explorations in the studio are centred around spatial design, site planning and the intersections between buildability, energy, site design and function.

Team Lead. Landscape Architect. (M. Arch.)

Vidhya Lakshmi is a very inquisitive landscape architect. As a Team Lead she oversees and delivers projects of contrasting scopes and outcomes. Her interests include site planning, landscape assessment and design of public spaces.

Veena handles Contracts and Finance. Apart from the Partners, she is a point-of-contact towards enquiries and opportunities for collaboration.

With over 10 years experience, Vysakh leads design development with a keen artistic sense. An avid Biker and keen photographer, his skills include design detailing, landform modelling, with interests including visualization techniques and technology.

While he is an obvious go-to for a fuzzy hug, Whiskey has his favorites and his favorite spots in the office to snuggle between colleagues.
