With over 17 years of experience, she also leads projects in Hospitality, Real Estate, Parks and Historic Sites and oversees Circulation Systems Design in all projects. Her interests include Water systems, Archaeology, Animal behaviour and Ecosystems, and Professional Outreach.

Sriganesh has over 20 years of experience in Masterplanning, Landscape Masterplans, and Campus Design. His skills include Feasibility & Risk assessment, Large scale Site Planning and Landscape Engineering. He has a keen interest in Earth sciences and Historic gardens.

Sr. Manager- Practice

Veena handles Contract Administration and related Practice management. Apart from the Partners, she is a point-of-contact towards enquiries and opportunities for collaboration.

With over 10 years experience, Vysakh leads design development with a keen artistic sense. An avid Biker and keen photographer, his skills include design detailing, landform modelling, with interests including visualization techniques and technology.

A quiet professional with over 5 years of experience, Johanna brings a keen design eye and commitment to our projects. Her skills include conceptualization and detailing. As a Team Lead she addresses complexity , multi-disciplinary coordination and communication. Joanna also mentors young professionals and interns in the studio.

Bringing over 15 years experience to the studio., Saridha ensures timely and high-quality work within the studio across multiple sectors. Her skills include project co-ordination and delivery management.. Her interests include improving work efficiency and mentoring young minds in the studio.

Sr. Visualizer (B.A. Fine Arts)

With more than 15 years of expereince, Jumon leads our design representation works across scale and typology. His skills include spatial modelling and graphic representation techniques emerging from his interests in sketching and painting.

Vidhya Lakshmi is a very inquisitive landscape architect. As a Team Lead she oversees and delivers projects of contrasting scopes and outcomes. Her interests include site planning, landscape assessment and design of public spaces.

Shruti brings enthusiasm and diligence to every task in the design process. She handles context studies, Terrain analysis , project coordination and client interactions. Shruti is one of the mentors in FICUS’ Internship Programme.

Anu is a sharp observer of environmental contexts. She likes working in different projects with her focus on Ecology, productive landscapes, terrain analysis.. Her interests extend from programme creations to alternative construction and design approaches..

As a team member, Akhila is quietly delivering projects of complexity. She is perhaps the quietest team member in the studio.

Asha is the most important cog in the office workings. She is our time-keeper asset-manager, and everyone’s ‘go-to’ person for almost everything.
